Evergreen Behavior Consulting works with individuals who are enrolled in Medicaid Waiver Programs (HSC and TxHL). In these instances, behavior support is often paid for by the state. Jordan will work with your provider regarding payment for services. (You will need to fill out a permission form and a referral form- both can be requested via email). For individuals who are not enrolled in Medicaid Waiver Programs, private pay is accepted.
